PROVIDER CERTIFICATION ASSESSMENT 2025
SUCCES PROVIDER CERTIFICATION ASSESSMENT is a certification pathway for POCUS users for their competency to be recognized. This is the next step after you have completed the SUCCES courses and wish to be certified as a POCUS provider. The assessment is consists of written and practical examination.
Once candidate passed the SUCCES Provider Certification assessment, he/she will be offered to join SUCCES as a facilitator whereby will further undergo a period of tagging and supervision before being recognized as a full-fledged SUCCES facilitator.
Candidates who want to enter this program are required to fulfill the pre-requisites:
- Completed SUCCES/USLS course or Focused Cardiac Ultrasound course.
- Specialist/Medical officer*.
- For Malaysian only.
*Medical officer requires a Recommendation Letter by SUCCES member.

Please complete and submit the Recommendation Letter to Pn. Adura.
The deadline to submit is ONE week before the assessment date.
